All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after cutoff hours will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or official US holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Standard US shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or unforeseen logistical issues outside our control.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the United States. No hidden fees or additional taxes apply for US domestic orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a valid tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor your delivery status in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Address changes are only allowed before shipment. Once the package is in transit, no address modifications can be made. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses.

Lost, Stuck or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows no updates for an extended period or marks as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with carrier investigation, reshipment or refund resolution based on carrier verification results.

Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

If you receive damaged, broken, or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We offer free replacement or full refund for verified shipping damage issues.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

Currently, we primarily ship to the United States. International orders, if available, may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
